In addition, I developed raw land to create a 4 parcel subdivision in Mendocino County, including installation of underground PG&E, water treatment systems and hookups, building pads, driveways, obtained surveys, and consulted with Cal Fire on fire safe regulations..

My passions include yoga, motorcycle touring, overseas travel, cooking, photography, hiking, and my animals.
